UN 자의적구금실무위원회에서 발송하고 대한민국 정부가 답변한 결과에 따라 자의적구금실무위원회가 내린 진정 결정문들입니다.
올초까지 연세대 홍성필 교수께서 연임하시어 아시아계 위원으로 활동하셨습니다(2014-2021).
부득이 모두 영문본만 있음을 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.
대체로 의사 및 표현의 자유, 양심의 자유에 관한 결정이 많았습니다.
(단, 한국 관련 심의에서 한국인 위원은 심사에 참여하지 않음)
The attached files are the compilation of the Opnions of the United Nations Working Group on arbitrary detention (WGAD), sent by the Working Group and replied by the Government of the Republic of Korea.
Dr. Hong Sungpil (a professor at Law School, Yonsei Univ.) was a mandate until the early 2021 (from 2014).
Please, note that the files are all in English only.
Mostly the cases were related to the rights to freedom of opinion and expression, and conscience.
(Note that the Korean member does not participate in the deliberation of cases against the Republic of Korea)
