2015년 10월~11월 국제연합 자유권위원회(CCPR)은 115차 회의에서 대한민국의 제4차 국가보고서를 심의하고 양심적 병역거부, 군대 내 자살, 군대 내 성폭력, 구타, 언어폭력 사건 및 군형법 제92조의6에 대해 우려를 표명하고, 각각 관련 권고를 전달하였습니다. 군형법 제92조의6에 대해서는 명확하게 "폐기"할 것을 권고하였습니다.
From Oct. to Nov. 2015, the United Nations Human Rights Comittee(CCPR) held its 115th session during which the 4th periodic state report was undergone consideration; the Committee expressed its concerns and delivered recommedations to the issues of conscientious objection, self-inflicted death(suicide) within the military, sexual, physical and verbal violence in the military and Art. 92-6 of the Military Criminal Act. It clearly stated to "repeal" the Art. 92-6 of the Military Criminal Act.
